How do virtual home organization consultations work?

Our virtual consultations are conducted via video call using Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet. You’ll give us a virtual tour of your space using your phone or computer camera, and we’ll assess your organization challenges in real time. Together, we’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle needs, and preferences, then provide immediate recommendations and create a customized plan to transform your space.

Before your consultation, we recommend completing our Pre-Session Client Assessment to help us understand your needs. Have your device charged and ready for video calling, ensure good lighting in the spaces you want to discuss, and think about your main organization challenges and goals. It's also helpful to have a notebook ready to jot down our recommendations.

Initial consultations typically last 30-60 minutes, depending on the package you choose. This gives us enough time to thoroughly assess your space, understand your needs, and provide comprehensive recommendations. Follow-up sessions are usually 30-60 minutes, focused on specific challenges or progress check-ins.

Do you offer payment plans or financing options?

We understand that investing in organization is a meaningful step toward creating balance and peace in your home. To make this process easier, we offer flexible payment plans for our Complete and Premium packages, allowing you to split payments over 1–2 months with no additional fees.

Absolutely! While our standard packages work for most clients, we're happy to create custom solutions. Whether you need organization for a specific room, have unique accessibility requirements, or want ongoing support beyond our standard offerings, we can design a package that fits your exact needs and budget.

Process & Implementation

Will you provide a shopping list for organization products?

Yes! After your consultation, you'll receive a detailed shopping list with specific product recommendations, including links to purchase items online. We focus on budget-friendly options and always provide alternatives at different price points. We'll also suggest which items to prioritize if you're working with a limited budget.

The timeline varies depending on the size of the space and the extent of organization needed. A single room might take a weekend to implement, while a whole-home organization could take several weeks. We'll provide a realistic timeline during your consultation and can break the project into manageable phases that fit your schedule.

That's exactly why we offer ongoing support! Depending on your package, you'll have access to follow-up sessions, email support, or phone check-ins. Technology & Logistics

What technology do I need for virtual consultations?

You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection. We can work with any video calling platform you're comfortable with - Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, or others. A mobile device often works best for giving us tours of your space, as you can easily move around and show different angles.

Of course! We work with clients of all technology comfort levels. We can walk you through the video calling process step-by-step, and we're patient and understanding if you need extra help. Many of our clients were initially worried about the technology aspect, but they found it much easier than expected.

Currently, we focus on serving clients within the United States to ensure we can provide the most relevant product recommendations and resources. However, we're happy to discuss international consultations on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to explore options for international virtual organization support.
